Stillwater
Services

Coordinated care across six disciplines.

Most Stillwater patients work with two or more practitioners through their care plan. The disciplines below all share notes inside the clinic, so you do not retell your history at every visit.

01

Chiropractic

Our chiropractors use evidence-based assessment and adjustment techniques to treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, and sport-related injuries. Care plans are individualized and reviewed at every visit.

What to expect
  • Detailed history and orthopedic examination at first visit
  • Adjustments paired with soft-tissue therapy and active rehab
  • Written treatment plan with measurable outcomes
  • Communication with your family doctor when clinically relevant
02

Registered Massage Therapy

Registered Massage Therapy at Stillwater is provided by RMTs licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Sessions range from deep-tissue and treatment-focused work to slower restorative bodywork.

What to expect
  • Choice of treatment-focused or restorative session at booking
  • 30, 45, 60, and 75-minute appointments
  • Insurance receipts for direct billing or reimbursement
  • Coordinated care with your chiropractor when applicable
03

Acupuncture

Acupuncture at Stillwater is offered by chiropractors and registered acupuncturists trained in both contemporary medical and traditional approaches. Common indications include musculoskeletal pain, headaches, sleep, and stress.

What to expect
  • Brief intake to identify suitable points and approach
  • Single-use sterile needles, 20–30 minute treatments
  • Often paired with chiropractic or massage in the same visit
  • Most extended health plans cover acupuncture
04

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine at Stillwater addresses digestion, hormonal health, fatigue, and chronic conditions through a combination of evidence-informed lifestyle, nutrition, and natural medicine. All care is provided by an ND registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

What to expect
  • 60-minute first visit with full history review
  • Lab requisitions when clinically indicated
  • Lifestyle, nutrition, and natural medicine recommendations
  • Coordinated notes with your primary care team on request
05

Active Rehab & Exercise

Our active rehab room supports the work done on the treatment table. Programs are built around your goals (return to sport, return to desk work without pain, or simply moving through the day with more ease), and they progress with you.

What to expect
  • Movement screen with your chiropractor or RMT
  • Custom program reviewed and progressed every 2–4 weeks
  • Studio access during clinic hours for program practice
  • Optional small-group sessions for lower-back and neck care
06

Concussion Care

Stillwater follows current concussion care guidelines, with structured return-to-learn and return-to-sport pathways. We coordinate with primary care, sport teams, and schools as needed and document each stage of recovery.

What to expect
  • Symptom inventory and vestibular/oculomotor screening
  • Stage-by-stage exposure and exertion testing
  • Written communication with school or team staff
  • Clear discharge criteria. No open-ended care.
