Stillwater
New patients

Everything for your first visit.

We are proud of how new patients are received at Stillwater. The first visit takes about an hour. By the time you leave, you will have a written care plan and clear expectations for what comes next.

Your first visit

What an hour with us looks like.

  1. 01

    Arrive a few minutes early

Tea or water in the waiting room. If you completed your intake form, this part is short.

  2. 02

    History and conversation

Your practitioner reviews your intake, asks follow-up questions, and listens to what you want from care.

  3. 03

    Examination

Orthopedic and movement assessment specific to your concern. We explain what we are checking and why.

  4. 04

    Care plan

We walk through findings, options, and a written care plan with measurable milestones and a defined endpoint.

  5. 05

    First treatment

If clinically appropriate and you consent, we begin care at this visit. Otherwise we book the next step.

Intake forms. Fill in advance, save twenty minutes.

When you book, you will receive a secure link to our intake form. Filling it in before your visit lets the practitioner spend the appointment time on care, not paperwork.

The form is hosted on a PHIPA-compliant Canadian platform. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
